Rate: £162.31 – £223.63 per day (depending on role & experience)
Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, is currently recruiting Qualified Teachers in the North + South of Birmingham who are looking for flexible day-to-day supply work, short-term cover, or long-term teaching opportunities across local primary schools
We are seeking committed, reliable teachers with strong behaviour‑management skills, who can quickly adapt to new environments and deliver high‑quality teaching that maintains excellent standards of learning across different settings.
Whether you are looking for consistency or flexibility, we can offer a wide range of placements to suit your availability and preferred year groups.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Be confident managing behaviour in a calm, consistent, and effective manner.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school expectations.
- Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons (for long‑term roles) or competently cover pre‑planned lessons (for day‑to‑day work).
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to supporting positive learning experiences.
- Build strong rapport with pupils and staff, promoting a safe and motivating learning environment.
- Be flexible and open to a variety of placements in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
