Monarch Education is looking for enthusiastic Nursery Room Assistants to join friendly, supportive nurseries across Didcot. Whether you’re experienced in early years or looking to begin your journey in childcare, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting children aged 0-5 in their daily routines
• Creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment
• Assisting with play-based learning activities
• Supporting meal times, personal care and general wellbeing
• Working closely with the nursery team to deliver high-quality childcare

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, caring and proactive attitude
• Experience within early years is ideal but not essential
• Ability to work 8am-6pm
• Reliable, friendly, and confident working with young children
• Willingness to complete a DBS (or already have one on the Update Service)
