Contract: Fixed Term (September 2026 – September 2027)
Salary: £6,330 – £9,816 based on part time hours
Monarch Education are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trust for an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new primary school opening in Weston-super-Mare in September 2026.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Class Teacher to join the team on a part-time basis (1 day per week) for a fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to play a role in shaping the culture and foundations of a new school from the very beginning.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within EYFS (including Early Career Teachers)
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of early childhood development
- Is enthusiastic, creative, and committed to providing high-quality education
- Thrives within a collaborative and evolving school environment
- Is eager to contribute ideas and energy to a new school community
