Monarch Education is working in partnership with a highly regarded Sixth Form in Solihull to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Business Studies Teacher for a full-time position starting on 2nd November.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator with experience teaching Business Studies up to A Level. The successful candidate will join a supportive and ambitious academic environment where student achievement and progression are a key focus.

The Role

• Teach Business Studies to Key Stage 5 students, including A Level classes.
• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and differentiated lessons.
• Assess, monitor and track student progress effectively.
• Prepare students for examinations and support them in achieving outstanding outcomes.
• Contribute to departmental planning and the wider life of the Sixth Form.
• Maintain high expectations for student attainment, engagement and behaviour.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS, PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching Business Studies at A Level.
• Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a passion for the subject.
• Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Is committed to raising attainment and supporting students to reach their full potential.
• Can quickly establish positive relationships with students and colleagues.
