To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, candidates must:

• Hold a recognised Early Years qualification suitable for working within Early Years settings (if unsure whether your qualification meets requirements, please check: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/check-an-early-years-qualification)
• Have at least 12 months’ experience working within a UK Early Years setting

Monarch Education is working with a range of nurseries and Early Years settings across Manchester and is looking to recruit experienced Nursery Practitioners who are passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development.

Whether you’re looking for daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements or a route into a permanent role, we can offer flexibility to suit your availability.

Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications from candidates who do not meet the following essential criteria:

• A recognised Early Years qualification suitable for working within an Early Years setting
• At least 12 months’ experience working within a UK Early Years setting
• Confidence supporting children from birth to 5 years old
• A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through play-based activities
• Create engaging and nurturing learning environments
• Assist with observations and learning journals
• Support children’s social, emotional and communication development
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Help deliver high-quality Early Years provision in line with EYFS standards

We’re looking for:

• Experienced Nursery Practitioners
• A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A genuine passion for supporting children during their early years development
