Essential Requirements

To be considered for this FE Teacher position, you must have:

  • QTS, PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or another recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching within Further Education, Post-16, College, Secondary, or Adult Learning settings
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and learner engagement skills

  • Maintain accurate learner records and assessment data
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support teams
  • Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion at all times
