Monarch Education is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic French and Spanish Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Bolton. You’ll inspire students through engaging language lessons, develop their confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in both French and Spanish, and foster an appreciation for different cultures while supporting learners in achieving their full potential.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Prepare pupils for GCSE examinations and support excellent academic outcomes
  • Assess, mark, and provide constructive feedback to promote student progress
  • Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor and report on pupil attainment, progress, and achievement
  • Work collaboratively with MFL colleagues and pastoral teams to support student development

Essential Requirements
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND, e.g. autism, SEMH, physical or sensory needs
* Relevant training (e.g. Team Teach, Makaton, ASD awareness) desirable
* Patience, resilience and a calm, nurturing approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
