Monarch Education are seeking a qualified Online ICT Tutor to deliver remote tuition in line with the UK ICT curriculum.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity for an experienced teacher who can deliver engaging and structured online lessons tailored to individual learner needs.

About the Role

  • Deliver online ICT tuition aligned with the UK curriculum
  • Provide a minimum of 4 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
  • Plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons
  • Adapt teaching to suit individual learning needs and abilities
  • Monitor and support student progress and engagement
  • Create a positive and professional online learning environment

Person Specification

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience delivering the ICT/IT curriculum in the UK (must be clearly evidenced on your CV)
  • Experience teaching or tutoring online or in a classroom setting
  • Strong subject knowledge in ICT/Computing
  • Ability to plan and deliver high-quality, tailored lessons
  • Good communication and organisational skills

Desirable:

  • Experience delivering 1-2-1 or small group tuition
  • Familiarity with a range of online teaching platforms
  • Ability to support learners at different levels
