Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a role that offers flexibility around your lifestyle, and a positive working environment? We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated practitioner to join a friendly nursery team near Dursley, on a part-time basis.

This nursery has a strong focus on outdoor learning, encouraging children to explore, discover, and develop through hands-on experiences in nature. The team is passionate about supporting children to become confident, independent, and self-sufficient through a multi-sensory, child-led approach to learning.

The Role

• Part-time position, 2-3 days per week to work around your lifestyle
• Flexible working pattern available
• Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
• Creating engaging and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential)
• Previous experience working within an early year setting
• Passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and reliable approach to work
