We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a large, well-established nursery chain in Filton, Bristol from September 2026. This is an ongoing opportunity offering 3-4 days per week, with shifts between 08:00 and 18:00.

The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will:
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years.
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence.
- Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress through regular assessments.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Ensure safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare requirements are always met.
- Work effectively as part of a dedicated nursery team to maintain high standards of care and education.
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from candidates who:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Are passionate about supporting children’s development and wellbeing.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Are positive, proactive, and enthusiastic about Early Years education.
- Can build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
