Monarch Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Birmingham to recruit an experienced Primary Teacher for a full-time, long-term position.
This opportunity would suit a passionate and dedicated teacher who is confident teaching across different primary year groups and is happy to be flexible to meet the needs of the school. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and ready to make an immediate impact from day one.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
- Flexibility to teach across different year groups when required
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- The ability to quickly establish routines and build strong relationships
- A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A team player who is eager to contribute to school improvement
- Someone who can confidently hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across the primary curriculum
- Planning, preparing, and assessing high-quality learning opportunities
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Tracking and monitoring pupil progress
- Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
- Supporting the school’s vision and commitment to continuous improvement
