Working closely with teachers and students, you’ll help create an inclusive learning environment where every young person can thrive.

The Role
* Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities
* Implement strategies from EHCPs, IEPs and individual behaviour or support plans
* Support pupils with personal care needs where required
* Assist with communication aids, sensory equipment and specialist resources
* Promote pupil independence, confidence and inclusion
* Liaise with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals on pupil progress

Essential Requirements
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND, e.g. autism, SEMH, physical or sensory needs
* Relevant training (e.g. Team Teach, Makaton, ASD awareness) desirable
* Patience, resilience and a calm, nurturing approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
