The Role
- Full time (term time only) supply teaching opportunities across the primary age range
- Delivering engaging lessons and maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
- Encouraging pupils to participate fully in a broad and varied curriculum
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams
- Inspiring children to achieve their best and develop a love of learning
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different year groups and classroom environments
- A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning
- Commitment to supporting high standards and pupil achievement
