Monarch Education is working in partnership with a primary school in Moseley to recruit a qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) with experience or a strong interest in supporting pupils with Autism (ASC).

This role is ideal for a passionate and inclusive teacher who is committed to providing high‑quality education in a structured, supportive environment tailored to the needs of children with Autism.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to primary‑aged pupils with Autism (ASC)
  • Plan and adapt learning to meet EHCP targets and individual needs
  • Create a calm, predictable, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and behaviour
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SEN staff, and external professionals
  • Monitor progress and contribute to reviews and assessments

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with Autism and SEN (school‑based or specialist setting)
  • Strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive practice
  • Calm, patient, and resilient teaching style
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
