We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Birmingham from September 2025. The ideal candidate will support students with special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with SEND
• Assisting with classroom activities and learning
• Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour
• Collaborating with teaching staff and parents
• Must do personal care

Requirements:

• Experience working with SEND preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and motivated
• Good communication skills
