Are you a qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant who loves helping young children learn, explore and thrive?
Monarch Education is currently recruiting passionate and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming nurseries, pre-schools and primary school Early Years settings throughout Tameside. We have a variety of short-term, long-term and day-to-day opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

Your Role
- Supporting children within EYFS settings through play-based learning activities
- Working alongside teachers and practitioners to create engaging learning experiences
- Encouraging children’s social, emotional and communication development
- Assisting with observations and progress tracking
- Supporting children with additional needs where required
- Helping to maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or Teaching Assistant
- Recent experience working within an EYFS setting
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
