Monarch Education are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive SEND Primary School in Dudley for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join their team from January.

This specialist setting supports primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning disabilities, and other SEND requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support, helping pupils access learning and achieve their full potential.

This is a rewarding role for a Teaching Assistant who is committed to creating positive learning experiences and supporting children with diverse educational needs.

The Role

• Providing classroom support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Delivering targeted interventions and small group activities.
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis where required.
• Assisting the class teacher in implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and social development.
• Supporting communication, emotional well being, and independence.
• Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

We Are Looking For

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience supporting children with SEND within a school setting.
• Experience working with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, or speech and language needs is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
